isîhcikêwin (ceremony) is the heart of an Indigenous worldview and there is ceremony for every aspect of

Indigenous life – ceremony provides structure for the community and is a source of knowledge where

teachings, protocols, and traditions are shared. isîhcikêwin is fundamental to knowledge sharing and

relationship-building. Ceremony is a way of experiential learning within a spiritual and relational process. This

workshop will share the teachings on isîhcikêwin (ceremony) and how we come to trust and embrace the

healing created in ceremony.
