Healing emotional charge behind lifes challenges
Barbara Sorenson
Everyone carries something—an unresolved issue, emotional pain, a strained relationship, or even past trauma—that no longer serves their well-being. Often, these burdens linger quietly beneath the surface, shaping thoughts, behaviors, and relationships in ways that limit personal peace and growth.
This workshop provides a safe and supportive space for participants to identify and release what they’ve been holding onto. Using a combination of healing modalities—including hypnosis, eye movement techniques (IEMT), and guided self-inquiry—participants will gently let go of the emotional charge attached to a specific problem or memory.
As they release these long-held feelings, individuals often experience a renewed sense of peace, emotional clarity, and lightness. The benefits of this process extend beyond the individual, often positively impacting relationships, family dynamics, and community interactions.
By the end of the session, participants will not only feel better—but will be empowered to move forward with greater emotional freedom and resilience. This work is especially relevant in community and cultural settings where emotional healing and collective well-being are deeply interconnected.
